Chengdu Zhongxing Water-supply Limited Company is subordinated to Chengdu Heng-rui Limited Company of exploitation and investment in hydraulic project in Chengdu. It mainly deals with the management, investment plan and exploitation of new projects in all the subordinate companies. Since 2000, this company, together with its stock companies has invested more than 47 millions on 4 water supply projects successively, that is “Huaqiao, Xinjin”, “Mengyang, Pengzhou”, “Pingle, Qionglai”, “Jinhua, Wuhou”. By the end of 2005, Zhongxing Company and its subordinate water factory have coverage of 96 square kilometers, scale of 45,000 ton/day and customer of more than 355,000.

According to Chengdu Municipal government urban population planning，2005-2020, Zhongxing Company will make an adjoining plan of the above four projects aiming at enlarging the coverage areas and improving the service if the circumstances allowed.
